Mrs. Evi Rachel IFEKWE has more than 30 years international multi sector, multi-cultural experience in HR. She spent more than 25 years in the Oil & Gas sector in Nigeria and France, where she successfully led projects and implemented key deliverables in strategic partnership , Learning and Talent Development, HR Strategy & Organizational Design, Resourcing, Performance Management and Reward.

She is non- Executive Director FIN Insurance Limited and Board member at the award winning NGO, Health Emergency Initiative (H.E.I.).

As the Executive Director, People & Country Services at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited (TEPNG), she supervised People, Communication, CSR and Medical functions. She was also the Chairman of the IPES (UniPort) Governing Council and TEPNG’s Closed Pension Fund Company.

Before her appointment as Executive Director and Board member of TEPNG, Evi led the Company’s HR team in Nigeria.

Earlier on in her career, she worked in France as HR Business Partner of Business Development Managers and later Global Recruiter at the Group Head Office of Total S. A. France in Paris.

She is a Certified Trainer and Coach and an active volunteer for several NGOs in Nigeria.
