Olubunmi is a seasoned administrator, leader, and scholar with a distinguished career in public service and management. She retired in June 2024 from the Federal Government Service of Nigeria as Team Lead (Admin), Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), Lagos. Prior to this, she served as Zonal Manager, Lagos Cluster 2 operations and performed the administrative functions, being the most Senior Officer in Lagos, of the defunct Petroleum Equalization Fund (Management) Board, Lagos office, until its merger with the NMDPRA in 2022.
She holds an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Pan-Atlantic University (Lagos Business School) with a module in IESE, Barcelona, Spain (2017). She also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, a B.Sc. in Mathematics (Pure & Applied) from the University of Ilorin (1990) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management.

Olubunmi demonstrates excellent leadership, management, and analytical skills. Her strong background in mathematics provides an added advantage in handling complex operational tasks involving detailed analysis of numerical data.
