Engr. Ebenezer Adetifa obtained his first degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Ibadan about Thirty-Eight years ago, He is a highly accomplished oil and gas executive with over three decades of experience in well engineering, drilling, and completion operations. He has held key leadership positions across major oil companies, including Chevron, Texaco, and Shell, where he supervised and managed large-scale projects and multi-billion-dollar joint ventures.

Currently, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of Value Plus Hydrocarbon Nigeria Limited, where he leads well engineering design and project management initiatives. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Havilah Energy, overseeing oil & gas asset development and production optimization.

He is also Chairman and Managing Director of FelEben schools and educational services    one of the fast-growing day and boarding schools in Lekki, Lagos.

His desires to ensure foods are made available at avoidable costs took him to Farming business in Oyo State and he owns and manages Abundant Of God Farms an Agro Allied Company.

His extensive career includes leadership roles such as Joint Venture Relations Manager for Chevron, where he managed a $3 billion budget for NNPC/Chevron Joint Ventures, ensuring project approvals and regulatory compliance. Earlier in his career, as Senior Drilling Representative (Well Site Manager) at ChevronTexaco, he was responsible for supervision and drilling and completion of over 40 wells, across onshore, offshore, and swamp locations.

Ebenezer excels in drilling performance management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, consistently delivering projects on time and under budget that earned him many awards from ChevronTexaco Management. With his strong leadership, technical acumen, and mentoring capabilities, he has been recognized for his ability to streamline operations, optimize performance, and guide multidisciplinary teams to success.
